ICT Support

Superhighways provide a wide range of ICT Support services, from technical troubleshooting, procurement advice, setting up ICT initiatives for clients, implementing online tools to improve efficiencies, using video to demonstrate your impact.

 

We recognise that most local voluntary and community organisations don't have an internal ICT post and so we often take on this role on and instead of just sorting out problems, we work to build the capacity of an organisation so they are better able to solve problems and think about how ICT can help them deliver their services in the future.

Superhighways' remote support has been very effective and quick to sort most things out

Superhighways have resolved most of our historic technology problems but there are always ways to improve our systems and we will always go to Superhighways as we have found the level of service is far superior than previous contractors
