In August 2007, Superhighways launched a new Membership scheme for VCS organisations in the South London sub region.

Annual subscriptions are shown below (prices exclude VAT):

• ICT Strategy - essential for funding applications
• HelpDesk - member organisations are prioritised
• On-site Support Visits - 3 or 4 a year depending on the size of your organisation
• 3rd Party Contract Support - advice and liaison
• ICT training - discounts for member organisations

Server support.  As of 13th September 2010 we have brought in the charges listed below for those organisations who have a server without a third-party support contract.

These charges are in addition to your annual membership fee and we will be including this charge in future invoices when your membership package is due for renewal.  This support will be provided remotely or onsite as appropriate, and will include installation of updates, security patches, anti virus upgrades etc.

If you would like to sign up, complete our application form and return to us. We will then be in touch to arrange our first visit and to ask you to answer our Baseline Position Audit.

A parallel scheme Superhighways Associate Membership is available to other organisations / individuals who support our philosophy, and would like to network with our member organisations. Many have agreed to offer discounted products and services to our Member organisations.
