There are approximately 3,000 VCOs (voluntary and community organisations) in the South London CVS Partnership area with a combined annual ICT spending budget of c £3.5m. This figure is made up of:

Many of the 3,000 VCOs have little or no expertise in ICT or purchasing commercial ICT support. They have stated a very clear preference to buy support only from 'approved' organisations on the SAM List.
